
An engaging and very busy business and real estate litigation firm is seeking an attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California, with 4 - 5 years of civil litigation experience.
You will have hands-on experience from the get-go, working on existing and new litigation matters, developing and executing case strategies and plans, handling all aspects of litigation (fact investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, pretrial and trial work), and developing and maintaining strong business and client relationships. Requirements:
• Candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school and be a member of the California State Bar in good standing.
We are a very busy litigation firm, specializing in breach of contract matters, whether oral or written, as well as issues surrounding breach of contract in the real estate market. We may handle landlord/tenant for commercial properties, as well as some appellate matters. We value teamwork and our commitment to a home and work life balance is essential for the success of each team member.
In addition, we handle some transactional matters, essentially from formation of a business to the dissolution, and any disputes in between.
