Requirements
Qualifications:
2–6 years of corporate transactional experience at a top-tier law firm
Strong academic credentials
Demonstrated experience with venture financings, M&A, and capital markets work
Admission to a U.S. bar (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
Deal sheet required
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Competitive annual base salary in the range of $235,000 – $390,000, depending on experience and credentials
