Hogan Lovells is seeking an experienced Litigation Assistant with deep litigation expertise to support a high‑performing team of partners, associates, and legal professionals. This role is ideal for a seasoned assistant who thrives in advanced litigation support and, over time, is eager to take on an expanded role as a Team Lead for Attorney Assistants.
The position remains primarily focused on delivering exceptional, high‑level litigation and administrative support. Once fully trained, the successful candidate will also serve as a liaison and mentor within the attorney assistant team, helping promote consistency, coverage, and best practices across multiple offices or functions.
TEAM LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is well suited for a highly experienced litigation assistant who enjoys being a trusted partner to attorneys and is ready to take on broader responsibility within the administrative team. The role offers increased autonomy, exposure to cross‑office collaboration, and an opportunity to help shape administrative best practices—while remaining deeply engaged in sophisticated litigation work.
In San Francisco, the expected base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 per year.. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off.
