We are seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney (Approx. 70% of the work would be in Family Law and 30% handling support for Civil Litigation/UD) to join two busy senior attorneys in a small private practice located in Brentwood. An opportunity to expand your experience in family law and willing to train in UD. 1-3 years recent experience in Family Law required. Opportunities to engage in other areas of practice areas if you have experience valuable to our firm. Strong writing, organization, and time management skills required. Hourly rate based on billable hours without a fixed salary to provide you flexibility and control over your earning potential. If you validly bill it, you can earn it and the opportunity is ready and waiting. Billable rate depends on experience.

Qualifications

- Strong legal drafting and writing skills

- Familiarity with Family law and litigation procedures

- Organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently

- Negotiation and advocacy skills

- Time management abilities to meet deadlines effectively

Pay: $100.00 - $175.00 per billable hour DOE.
